Brigita Berginc was born in Ljubljana (Slovenia) in 1997. After completing her Abitur (A-level equivalent) in 2016, she began studying Food Technology at the University of Ljubljana's Biotechnical Faculty.

Brigita addressed the nutritional psychology topic of "stress factors and eating behaviour in students" in her dissertation. After successfully completing an engineering degree in food technology, Brigita became familiar with various production facilities and commercial kitchens from 2020, before completing her work placement in the laboratory at the University Clinic of Respiratory and Allergic Diseases Golnik in 2022.

Since September 2023, Brigita has been working as an applications engineer at C.H. Erbslöh Austria and is responsible for the application area of our food ingredients for the central European region.
