Isabella Merkel was born in Malapane (Upper Silesian) in 1980. After doing her Alevels she did a traineeship as an export sales assistant at the company C.H. Erbslöh KG in Krefeld, where she worked after finishing her traineeship successfully in 2003. She worked there in the quality management department until December 2004.
Isabella has worked for Innotaste as a sales assistant since January 2005. Since 2011 she manages the purchasing side.
